Yesterday I went to the Homestead Skillshare Festival at Hayes Valley Farm in San Francisco! I’ll be doing a big post about it soon on How to Homestead.
My favorite part of the entire thing was learning about Open Collaboration. I started reading the encyclopedia, which you can read online here, and I felt ideas crystalize in my head, like watching a flower unfolding, revealing its intricate patterns as it blooms.
This book, openly written and edited similarly to Wikipedia, is an encyclopedia of open ways of collaboration for synergy that melts away old ways of thinking engrained into the present, enabling us to achieve things never thought possible.
These ideas resonate very well with me, and the strategies put forth for integrating open collaboration into our own endeavors is exactly the thing I’ve been looking for to get Albatross Cooperative some more energy.
Very excited to read more on their blog and feel the effects reverberate in my life.
